Values Of Simplicity

Values of Simplicity (Part 1)

Faith in God – Faith will lead you where you never would think. It will give you opportunities you never would have otherwise. Open the door to faith and you open the door to possibilities that are endless, and experiences you never imagined!

Frugality – more family problems are caused by overspending than maybe any other. Your income should get you what you need, or you either need to spend less, or make more. The less you spend, the less you need.

Simplistic Values – Why goes out for an expensive meal when you can make a simple and delicious meal at home? Have a rainy day savings account for emergencies.

Friendships - We all need friends. Support, love, caring. Friends reach out and you find each other somewhere in the middle.

All About Life

Simply Fun Marriage

Life, that's what. Responsibility, bank accounts, sickness, mortgages, grocery bills and kids who start out so cute, but can also pull parents in all directions. Most can be good things, but somehow they can also crowd out the just plain fun.

When was the last time you really had fun with your sweetie? Do you even think of them as your sweetie, or were you just thinking to remind them to take out the trash? Griping and complaining are not fun. So why do we married folk spend so much time doing that instead of the fun? Life is way too short.

Make up your own day! Surprise your lovey. Don't wait for a holiday. And you don't have to spend a lot of money, but sometimes spending a little money doesn't hurt. Once in a while you have to think big. Or little.

Whatever is fun for you – do it! Find something you love to do together. There is something you must enjoy doing together. If not, remember back to the romance days. Sports events? The beach? Table games. Do something new and don't be afraid to try. Maybe you can take turns picking something new.

Tiara Beach Resort

Sand Castle Competition

Best nih... menang first prize.

Tiara Beach Resort

Dinner

... Sorry to say that, the food was terrible. Harapkan ada artis jemputan Aznil Hj. Nawawi. Budak-budak malam tu bukan main seronok lagi. Semuanya berebut nak naik pentas. Aznil sememangnya menghiburkan. Seronok tengok orang lain menang cabutan bertuah, tapi kami tiada rezeki... :)

Family Day - Tiara Beach Resort, Port Dickson

View

What Are We Panning For

We all pan for things. And we may be "panning" while the real gold is all around us. Our families, for one. How often do we realize the wealth that is our family?

We all pan for things that, in the long run, will never really matter. Achievement is one thing. But we all chase the wind, at times. That job that pays well is not the answer if you have to work 60+ hours a week. No big house, new car, or expensive vacation is worth sacrificing your family.

It's the simple things that matter, being there when your child takes her first steps, taking the kids to the beach, watching the smiles on their faces when they discover a lady bug, or making a compliment to their first drawing. We make these moments happen when we slow down and let them come to us.
