Fettuccine Alfredo


Ini dinner mlm td... since tghari msk cincai... telur dadar ngan sayur air, cukup sekali makan jer... so ptg mulalah pikir mlm nak makan apa... so kebetulan keboringan tahap gaban, we all pegi Marwa ptg td... beli brg yg dperlukan utk dinner mlm ni... ngan apa2 tah barang lg... habis 100++!! Aduhh mahalnyer barang bukannya byk pun, setakat satu raga jer. Pastu nak beli satu2 barang tuh, pikir 4-5 kali... tawaf 2-3 kali.... nak beli ke tak? Mcm sopping beli handbag lagaknya!! hehe... Kalu x beli xjadi plak nak masak... last2 pejam beli jerkk... huhu...

Kenapa fettuccine? sbb boring dah makan spaghetti sos tomato tuh... hehe... sajer nak tukar2 selera... Resepi amik kat allrecipes.com ... tp cam biasalah kan bukan semua bahan2 taruk, byk yg xde, tp sedap gak... buat separuh dr resepi dbawah, byk dapat, siap boleh simpan utk bf esok... hehe...

Chicken Fettuccini Alfredo

Ingredients:-
  • 6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - cut into cubes
  • 6 tablespoons butter, divided
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced, divided
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning - xde
  • 1 pound fettuccini pasta
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 (8 ounce) package sliced mushrooms
  • 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 3/4 teaspoon ground white pepper
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1 cup half-and-half - xde (sebnrnya aku tak tau pun apa nie... rsnya one type of cream kot)
  • 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 8 ounces shredded Colby-Monterey Jack cheese - xde
  • 3 roma (plum) tomatoes, diced
  • 1/2 cup sour cream - guna cream biasa + lemon

Directions:-
  1. In a large skillet over medium heat combine chicken, 2 tablespoons butter, garlic and Italian seasoning. Cook until chicken is no longer pink inside. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  2. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.
  3. Meanwhile, melt 4 tablespoons butter in the skillet. Saute onion, 2 tablespoons garlic and mushrooms until onions are transparent. Stir in flour, salt and pepper; cook 2 minutes. Slowly add milk and half-and-half, stirring until smooth and creamy. Stir in Parmesan and Colby-Monterey Jack cheeses; stir until cheese is melted. Stir in chicken mixture, tomatoes and sour cream. Serve over cooked fettuccine.

Di samping tu, aku buat mushroom sup ala2 sup Campbell dlm tin tu, mkn ngan roti... budak2 sukalahh... bertambah-tambah... hehe...

Mushroom Soup

Bahan-bahan:-

1 keping dada ayam
1500ml air
500ml fresh milk
1 kiub ayam
1 tin kecil cendawan butang - guna mushroom fresh (yg guna buat sos fettuccine)
1 cawan tepung gandum
garam
secubit Ajinomoto - x letak sbb kuib ayam pun mmg ada Ajinomoto dah

Cara-cara:-

1. Potong atau dadukan ayam kecil2. Rebus ayam bersama air sehingga ayam masak.
2. Masukkan susu dan kiub ayam. Masak guna api perlahan spy susu tak membuak2.
3. Masukkan mushroom.
4. Masukkan bancuhan tepung gandum. Kacau sampai pekat.
5. Perisakan dengan garam dan Ajinomoto.
6. Sedia dihidangkan bersama roti. Letak ground white pepper sikit pun sedap.

Nway, ini lunch td, simple mimple... tp sedap kalau peyut tgh lapar tuhh....
